Isotope gaps
A flow measured in becquerels that does not say which isotope it is. An activity has to be an activity of something; without the isotope the flow cannot be converted, characterised or compared.
Why says which kind of gap it is.
label_is_not_a_nuclide_name is an aggregate or an element and
is the expected outcome; no_nuclide_at_that_mass_number means
the element name is wrong and a correction can be written;
no_row_for_isomeric_state and the check names are a
disagreement this project will not resolve by guessing.
