This application reads one file, and it is not there:

/home/bwci/.local/share/brightway-flows/consensus-flows.sqlite3

Build it:

uv run brightway-flows build

A full build takes hours and needs the reference caches downloaded first. For a quick look, bound it and point the tools at a scratch directory:

BRIGHTWAY_FLOWS_DATA_DIR=/tmp/cfl-test \
  uv run brightway-flows build --max-flows 500
