A land class outside Land Use

A flow of a land-class substance is published outside the Land Use dimension. A land class has exactly one right dimension, stated by its own direction — an occupation occupies and a transformation transforms, and neither is a mineral or a water resource — so unlike the queue above, nothing needs to disagree with anything for this to be wrong: the vendor's compartment overruled the curated class (#901). The merge now asks the class first when it places a row, so an item here means a route into the published list that skipped that rule; each names the class, the direction it states, the context the flow was published in, and the factor count that shows what the misplacement costs.
